A year Ago I weighed 303lbs, then a friend of mine introduced me to CrossFit and it completely changed my life. I am down 70lbs and working hard to drop even more." I was so inspired by my transformation that I created a song about never giving up, over coming obstacles and always pushing forward. The song is produced by my friend Dahoud Darien who has produced records for Big Pun "Still Not A Player", Jay-Z "Can Knock The Hustle", The Game Ft. Keyshia Cole "Games Pain" and more.
